Swipe is a payment facilitator, not a research-chemicals reseller. We underwrite each merchant against acquirer policy and card-brand rules. This page is maintained by Swipe to answer the questions that come up most often during onboarding.

KYB we collect

Certificate of incorporation, EIN / VAT, operating address.
Government ID and proof of address for every 25%+ beneficial owner.
Last six months of business bank statements.
Live product URLs, lab COAs, and supplier invoices.
Refund and shipping policy, terms of service, privacy policy.

What we underwrite for

Research-use-only peptide brands selling to verified-age adults in permitted jurisdictions, with documented sourcing and a clean chargeback history. We do not onboard merchants selling controlled substances, scheduled compounds, or making human therapeutic claims.

Descriptor policy

Statements clear under a neutral descriptor approved by the acquirer. The descriptor includes a working support phone number and the masked domain; product names never appear on a cardholder statement.

Chargeback & refund posture

We require a public refund policy of at least 30 days and a responsive support channel. Our representment desk handles every dispute on your behalf — you are billed nothing for representment.
